Distance Learning Technical Support
During the Fall semester, the pilot project will be continued of a new service to provide technical support for distance learning students.
The phone number that students can call is 469-2333. They will be prompted for the following information:
- Contact information (name, phone number or e-mail address)
- The DL course they are taking
- The technical problem they are having
Students may
alternatively send a question to help@students.jccc.net and they will receive a response via
e-mail.
The schedule for the service is:
| Monday - Friday | 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m |
| Saturday | 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. |
| Sunday | 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. |
