Math and Physics for Games, PHYS 191

For many of you, this may be your first physics course, but here you will learn more than just basic physics. You'll also learn how to simulate the real world (or a completely fantasy world) using an algorithmic programming language. There will be many new mathematical techniques, too. In fact, the first half of the course will be an introduction to matrix algebra. In the second half of the semester, you'll use your new knowledge of matricies to start modelling how things move: the essence of physics. The programming language used in the course will be C++, but the skills and algorithms learned will be applicable to any language.

I know this page is sparse now. I'll have more materials available in time.
