Luncheon Menu for Day at Dole
All luncheons will include breadsticks, the house salad, and non-alcoholic drinks.
In addition, select one from the following (* indicates a vegetarian offering):
Rustica Neopolitan Pizza: This thin crust individual pizza is made with garlic sauce, parmesan, Mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, spicy Italian sausage, roasted red peppers and mushrooms.
*Artichoke and Spinach Ravioli: Artichoke hearts are combined with spinach, parmesan and ricotta cheeses. It is served with a creamy alfredo sauce.
Fantastico 15-Layer Lasagna: It's pretty self-explanatory--made from scratch.
*Pasta Primavera: Penne pasta with julienne vegetables is tossed in an olive oil garlic sauce and topped with crumbled gorgonzola.
Lotsa Soup, Salad and Bread: You can have complimentary refills on your choice of soup, which is served with the house salad and bread sticks. (We'll have the soup options available when you place your order.)
*House Salad and Bread: If you are eating light, you can order the unlimited house salad and breadsticks.
We will have cannoli for dessert, and you will have the option of a cash bar with your luncheon.
